Utility Data Policy

Your privacy is important to us.
If you provide PTM Solar with your utility account information (including account number or bill), you authorize PTM Solar to request and review your historical electricity data (for example, your usage history, your rate class, your service address) from your local utility for a period of no more than six months if you do not sign a PTM Solar Community Solar Subscription Agreement.
If you decide to become a PTM Solar Community Solar customer, you will need to provide your electric utility account information. This information is needed to determine the solar production required to offset your usage. You authorize PTM Solar to request and review your historical electricity information from your local utility as long as you are a PTM Solar customer.
We reserve the right to update or adjust our Utility Data Policy with notification if these changes impact you based on your contract or subscriber status.
